To check if a victim has applied for the Oklahoma Crime Victims Compensation Program, please use the ‘Check Status’ link in the sidebar on the right side of this page. To search, you must know the last four digits of the victim’s Social Security number or their Date of Birth. Once this information is searched, you can verify if it is the correct person by matching other information such as their first and last initials and county of crime. You can then note the victim’s Compensation Claim Number, the name of the Advocate at the local District Attorney’s Office who is responsible for the claim, and their contact information.
